We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field to join our team in El Dorado Hills. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and payments
Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems
Perform account reconciliations and journal entries
Support month-end and year-end closing activities
Provide general accounting and administrative support as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required)
1-2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred (internships considered)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Schedule & Compensation:
Full-time, Monday-Friday
